1. Agreement to Terms

• Website hosting (as included in your package)
• Domain setup assistance
• Basic maintenance during the included period

The specific deliverables and pricing for your project will be as displayed on our website at the time of purchase or as communicated via WhatsApp/email.

3. Service Process

3.1 Project Initiation

• You contact us via WhatsApp or our website with your business details
• We gather necessary information about your business, preferences, and requirements
• We create a custom website preview for your review

3.2 Preview Code

• You receive a unique preview code to view your website before payment
• The preview is for evaluation purposes only and remains our property until payment
• Preview codes are valid for the period specified at issuance

3.3 Payment and Delivery

• Upon approval, you complete payment at the current pricing displayed
• After payment confirmation, we make your website live
• Delivery timeline: Typically 24-48 hours for initial preview; live deployment within 24 hours of payment

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and as displayed on the website at the time of purchase
• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
• One-Time Payment: Our standard packages are one-time payments with no recurring fees during the included period
• Additional Services: Any services beyond the standard package will be quoted separately

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all content/images you provide
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Not use the website for any illegal or prohibited purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Website Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the rights to your website design and content. However:

• We retain rights to underlying code frameworks and templates that may be reused
• Third-party components (fonts, icons, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses
• We may showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). You warrant that you have the right to use such content and grant us permission to use it for your website.

6.3 SiteSnap Materials

The SiteSnap brand, logo, and proprietary materials remain our exclusive property.

7. Revisions and Modifications

• Included Revisions: Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified
• Scope Changes: Significant changes to scope or requirements may incur additional charges
• Post-Delivery Changes: Changes requested after website launch may be charged separately
• Response Time: We aim to respond to revision requests within 24-48 business hours

8. Hosting and Maintenance

• Included Hosting: Basic hosting is included for the period specified in your package
• Uptime: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance: Basic maintenance (security updates, minor fixes) is included during the hosting period
• Renewals: Hosting renewals after the included period will be communicated in advance
• Backups: We maintain regular backups, but recommend you keep your own copies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for losses due to factors beyond our control (force majeure)
• We are not responsible for content you provide or third-party services

The website is provided "as is" after delivery. While we ensure quality at handover, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteSnap harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you provide that infringes third-party rights
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Termination

• By You: You may terminate at any time, subject to our Refund Policy
• By Us: We may terminate for breach of Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity
• Effect: Upon termination, your access to unpaid services will cease
• Survival: Sections on intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for websites that:

• Promote illegal activities or violate Indian law
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Violate privacy rights or data protection laws
• Promote discrimination or hate speech

13. Dispute Resolution
